Toddler Storytime In-Person
Enjoy stories, rhymes, songs, concepts, and build early literacy skills with your curious toddler, as they develop independence. Toddler Storytime is designed for children ages 18-36 months. In order to keep our attendees safe, space is limited.
All storytimes at the Clayton Library employ the Every Child Ready to Read structure.
ECRR is a research-based early literacy program that enlists caregivers as partners in preparing their children for learning to read. Storytime is more than just books, together we will Talk, Sing, Read, Write, and Play our way to early literacy confidence.
No pre-registration, storytimes are first come-first served. Space is limited.
Pick-up a drop-in wristband for each person, caregiver(s) and child(ren), attending storytime outside the meeting room before the program begins. When the wristband bucket is empty, our storytime is full for that program.
Just a friendly reminder, our storytimes are very popular and fill up quickly, we highly recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the start time.
